On West 72nd Street, Manhattan, sits a pre-war building that houses our client’s one-bedroom apartment. VAKOTA was tasked with coming up with an intelligent way to use the limited space and budget to create an overnight guest-friendly environment.

This turn of the century Brooklyn Brownstone Townhouse on Pacific Street was initially delayed by Coronavirus restrictions, but now, we are ready to share this finished project – and it is stunning.

On the upper east side of Manhattan, VAKOTA has recently completed a renovation to a 2,000 square foot apartment. Working alongside Courtney Lauren Interiors and IntraBuild Construction to completely gut and renovate the apartment under an extremely short 4-month timeline we turned a 2-bedroom apartment into a 3-bedroom, highly stylized luxury apartment – ensuring every inch was used to its potential.
VAKOTA has recently completed construction on this stunning, but modest, home in Greenwich, Connecticut. The 1800 square foot former 1960s ranch-style property has been remodeled – creating an elegant and modern structure.
