The XX Venue is a private venue for club members and artists.
We were engaged by the clients as Owner Representatives. The project was partially designed, not fully programmed, and construction was to begin soon after we were engaged.
The existing space was an old warehouse and the purpose of the project was to develop a high-end multipurpose venue.
VAKOTA expanded the consultant team to include talented and dedicated firms that were right for the project. We developed a project schedule and assist the Owners with a realistic budget.
