This project refreshed the Men’s locker locker at the Harlem YMCA.
New flooring, ceilings, air conditioning, lockers, and shower area were included in the scope of work. The critical part of this project is that all of the work had to be completed in 6 weeks as the YMCA had to remain operational at the time.
We included sustainable design elements such as LED lighting, new Low-E windows, a new efficient HVAC system, and recycled rubber flooring.
