Our predecessor firm David Varnish Architects (DVA) was given the homeowner’s stock floor plans and asked to create construction and permit documents.
We reviewed the plans and made a number of suggestions leading to changes that would incorporate cathedral ceilings and a loft Office area above the open Living Area and Kitchen. Other features include one-level living, three (3) Bedrooms, a connected screened Porch and an outdoor Fireplace.
