Completed in 2019, this 387sf Manhattan escape (and convenient overnight accommodation for business trips) serves this Greenwich client well.
The fit-out and design exudes “Beach Cool”, with its white-washed wide board wood flooring, reclaimed wood beams, abundant glass, mirrors, new LED lighting and a fireplace!
Custom closets were constructed to create a Dressing Room and make-up transition from the Living Area to the fully renovated Bathroom outfitted with Waterworks fixtures, taps and tile. A similarly reclaimed wood barn door provides added privacy between these zones. Existing windows were replaced as was the heating and cooling unit.
