This 1910 Classic Tudor was last renovated in 1996.
For the new family relocating from Manhattan, a new kitchen was key, in addition to an updated Master Bathroom, Closet, Dining, and Family Room among other upgrades.
The existing kitchen was not well planned and still had a fireplace that took up valuable floor space. There were also multiple dropped beams from the earlier addition project. Our goals included forensic work to remove the fireplace and to replace the existing dropped beams with new flush beams, as well as a new floor plan that incorporated a Sabbath Kitchen.
With new flooring, lighting, appliances, cabinets and counters, the new layout with a large central island works perfectly for everyday and holiday gathering use.
Our team created larger openings for the dining room entrance, alongside a new powder room. The family room was reimagined with a gel fireplace and custom designed display areas flanking a stunning marble clad fireplace wall.
Upstairs, the Master Bathroom features a centered free-standing vessel tub, with a custom makeup station, large shower and double sink vanity.
