This project started as a small kitchen and bathroom renovation.
First the project involved removing a wall between the kitchen and dining room, allowing for the installation of a custom island.
During construction, the Owner had the opportunity to combine the apartment with the adjoining space. This allowed for a larger Living Room and doubled the square footage of the apartment.
Floors were sanded throughout and then stained white to create a seamless transition between the apartments, with all walls skim coated and painted.
