Designed and built as a spec-house with Kuehn Building and Remodeling in the early aughts, this 3,500 square foot home was conceived as a rambling, open-plan organized by a private circulation spine along the front and finished in what we call an ‘Adirondack-Shingle’ style, with a long front porch that reduces the scale of the two-story structure. A large Dining Room addition, Carriage House Garage and finished lower level in-law were completed post-occupancy. The home sits on a nicely wooded 2-acre property.
